We ensure every product is freshly prepared using high-quality ingredients. As our products are perishable, slight variations in colour, texture, or taste may occur due to natural ingredients.
4. Order Policy
Customers may place orders through the website, WhatsApp, or direct communication.
Customized hampers and special packaging options are available on request.
5. Bulk Orders
We accept bulk orders above 50 kg, suitable for corporate gifting, weddings, festivals, and large events. Bulk order pricing, delivery timelines, and packaging details will be shared upon inquiry.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR and may change based on ingredient costs or seasonal availability. Full payment or advance payment may be required for large or customized orders.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times may vary based on location and product type.
For fragile items such as baklava or premium nut assortments, special packaging is used to ensure product safety.
8. Return, Replacement & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
Replacement is provided only if:
The product received is damaged, or
The wrong item was delivered.
Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
9. Cancellation Policy
Orders once processed cannot be cancelled.
Bulk or customized orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances after confirmation.
